At Savaaroo, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products every time. However, please note our return & exchange policy below:
Policy Overview
- No Returns: We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- No Refunds: Refunds are not applicable on any product.
- Only Replacement: Replacements are only provided if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- 24-Hour Reporting Window: You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery. Reports beyond this window will not be accepted.
Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- Customer must provide a valid unboxing video showing the issue clearly. Without that, exchange won’t be possible.
- We reserve the sole right to accept or reject a replacement request based on our assessment.
