Cancellation Policy
At Savaaroo, we work hard to ensure you get your favorite products as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel your order, please read our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed, once it is marked as processed it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, please email us at support@savaaroo.com or WhatsApp us with your order number.
If your order is eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sale items once ordered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled:
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Sale items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances
Custom or personalized phone cases (if applicable) are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
If Your Order Is Already Processed or Shipped:
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note:
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
For prepaid orders cancellation only allowed within 2 hours and only if it is not processed, once the order is processed/shipped it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
Important: All cancellation requests are subject to approval by Savaaroo. We reserve the sole right to accept or reject any cancellation request at our discretion.
